Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer for S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. This position is responsible for customer support, which includes answering the Support Hotline and resolving open support tickets. This engineer will gain extensive knowledge in providing customer support for S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Answer calls via the Support Hotline.
- Provide initial diagnostic and troubleshooting of support tickets and address as appropriate until full resolution.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate to other departments for resolution.
- Handle after-hours emergency customer calls and tickets.
- Provide additional support during implementation go-lives.
- Serve as a point of contact with specific customers as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Actively share knowledge with others and contribute regularly to the support knowledge base.
- Create training documents and/or recordings for internal and customer use.
- Create and deliver feature preview webinars for new releases as needed.
- Meet customer SLAs as documented in the Maintenance and Support Agreement.
- Achieve a 90% customer satisfaction score or higher.
- Earn an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification.
- This position will report directly to the CEO. Support will have direct interaction with account management, professional services, and IT to manage the life cycle of each support ticket.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Business ByDesign or SAP Business One is a plus.
- One to two years of experience in financial ERP applications.
- One to two years of experience with software customer service & technical support.
- Hybrid: Remote with 2 days per week in the corporate offices located in Lehi, Utah.
